Who am I?

I am a natural product made with organic origin ingredients. The aubergines used in my cooking, passed an innocuous natural process to take off their bitter taste, I was seasoned with variety of spices. I was also carefully made without chemists or artificial preservatives / additives. My cooking formula was in a sterilized process with a thermal insulation that will ensure a lengthy life before taking the lid off. My expiration date is of one year and a half, as you will find in my label.

How do I dress?

I come in a glass bottle with twist off lid and a safety button. Once I am opened, I loose my airtight conditions and I should be stored at the refrigerator. I have a safety seal. I come in a presentation of 220, 500 and 1.000 gm

What is my life span?

Once I have been packaged I can stay in the glass bottle for 18 months. You will find my expiration date in the label

How can you use me?

• You can offer me as a snack, over salty cookies or French bread, accompanied with dried tomatoes, flat mushrooms or , "antipasto", you will do very well as a host!!
• I am great if you warm me up and mix me with flaked meat you can offer me with an orange or seeds rice and a good salad!! Hummm… delicious!!!!
• If you cook a breast of chicken just with salt, then flake it and then add me taking off a bit of oil, I will become in an excellent stuff for your sandwich, if you want you can add cheese and some dried tomatoes… matchless..!!
• You can mix me with , "antipasto" (snack), and add to this mix tuna and if you want some shopped capers, and will become in a delicious snack!!
